6010 and 6011 Cellulose Electrodes
With the STICKWELD 200, you are able to weld 6010 cellulose electrodes that are considered hard to penetrate and cannot be done with an average stick welder. The 6010 electrodes are proven to be the Toughest to burn and require a good power source for penetration. With the power and surge of the STICKWELD 200, you will be able to maximize penetration while using 6010 and 6011 rods.
Digital Meter Display
The STICKWELD 200 features digital meters displaying your amperage to allow customers to adjust the unit to any amperage quickly, accurately, and easily.
Ultra Portable

Stick Holder and Stick Electrodes
The Longevity STICKWELD 200 features an industrial stick holder rated at 200 amps. Equipped with a strong spring for clamping the electrode rods perfectly every time and capable of hold rods up to 3/8" thick and will weld with your most common electrodes.

STICKWELD 200 STICK/TIG WelderOverall Quality96%I bought this stick welder for general purpose. Mostly, I do common steel welding. I have found that it is perfectly suitable to weld rusted and painted metals. Sometimes, I used the welder to work with stainless steel that STICKWELD 200 provides effectively. I would like to add that customer service was excellent, and 5 years parts and labor are just impressive.

STICKWELD 200 STICK/TIG WelderOverall Quality96%Used it about 50 hours to weld a 70 ft steel boat dock, tack welded with 1/8 6011 and finish welded with 1/8 7018, had to replace the ground clamp/cable right away because of cable overheating and the stinger later on because the spring was too weak, it welded fine with an occasional 5/32 7018 as well (165 A), ran it at 140 amp most of the time, gave it 4 stars because of the need to replace the ground and stinger. Good stamina though, would recommend, but budget for better stinger/ground clamp.
